This page needs to be restored back to "Gramps Web" from the inappropriate move to "Addon:Gramps Web"
There was a discussion with author David Straub and architect Nick Hall. They advised that it is another (Javascript) Front End, like the the Gramps for Desktops is (currently) a Gtk and Python Front End.
