The default location for an any Gramps user data on a Windows 7 and higher system is C:\Users\'''''<~username>'''''\AppData\Roaming\gramps Or, to leverage the '''%AppData%''' [https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Environment_variable#APPDATA environmental variable] to avoid dealing the complications of active user names. Although Gramps will not recognize Environmental Variables for paths internally, you can use them within Window to find Gramps user files. The path above is simplified to: %AppData%\gramps
