Anchor for Making a PR

@daleathan In a prior revision the anchor for Making a PR was set to

Curious, is there a particular reason for setting it to "#Making_a_Pull_Request_.28PR.29_on_Github" ? Gramps' CONTRIBUTING file ( https://github.com/gramps-project/gramps/blob/892fc270592095192947097d22a72834d5c70447/CONTRIBUTING ) expects it to be:

Can we revert to the previous? Is there a way to find out if there are any references to the current anchor and replace those as well?
