Segnalazione dei bug
Il modo migliore per segnalare un bug è quello di utilizzare il Gramps Bug Tracker, vedi Come segnalare i bug. Questo ci permette di seguire un metodo standard per tenere traccia delle segnalazioni e risolverle. A causa del grande volume di email che gli sviluppatori ricevono, c'è sempre la possibilità che una email sfugga. L'uso del bug tracker farà in modo che il tuo problema venga gestito.
È sconsigliato presentare segnalazioni di bug direttamente alla Gramps Bug mailing list
Richiesta di nuove funzionalità
La richiesta di nuove funzionalità può essere fatta mediante le mailing list gramps-users e gramps-devel oppure creando una richiesta di funzionalità nel bug tracker. È preferibile che le richieste importanti vengano presentate nel bug tracker. Nell'angolo in alto a destra della pagina commutate a Project: Feature Requests, poi selezionate Report Issue. Di nuovo, questo ci permette di tenere traccia formalmente della richiesta.
