Rework the Addon table to be more user friendly

show name / description / image (which is larger) first.
match filter ratings in the new 5.2 Addon Manager
add other external projects addons to same list and differentiate from the "Gramps" curated addons?
show a prerequisites column ( yes/no with link to section in addon documentation page) also list those prerequisites under the yes
if it exist add the icon used especially for the "Views"? Gioto
descriptions shown in table should match those in addon manager and if not they should be synchronized.
decide if the "version" column should be shown as it is a maintenance burden !
