You probably want to keep the span IDs in lower-case to remain consistent with the master glossary IDs.

Also, use an underscore instead of spaces in 2-word and 3-word terms. It keeps from having people put %20 substitutions in URLs.

So the translated ID for the "Active Person" glossary term should be "aktive_person" rather than "aktive Person"

Finally, keeping a copy of the English term in addition to the Deutsch will simplify re-linking as you translate wiki pages. So, instead of looking up the term and changing it, you will only have to do a quick Search&Replace for "Gramps_Glossary" in each wiki page. Saving that Search&Replace as your 1st edit will give you a quick link to the exact translation term.

So instead of changing
